I very often get asked if I donate to charities. The short answer is yes. The long answer is that I'm too broke to throw money around, but I'll happily reward contributers to causes I support with art product that I make.

Friends of the Orange County Library
The Friends of the Orange County Library System was organized in 1949 as a group of citizens who wanted to support our libraries. The Friends raise funds for the Orange County Library System and educate people about the important role libraries play in enriching the community.
Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida is a private, nonprofit organization that collects, stores and distributes donated food to more than 870 feeding partners in seven Central Florida counties: Brevard, Lake, Marion, Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Volusia.
Mel's BGC/Give.Local.Love is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides locally based Central Florida CHARITIES, ​FAMILIES & INDIVIDUALS with items of necessity, volunteer assistance and monetary contributions. I know women who were able to get out of dangerous domestic situations because of this.
The mission of the Pride Chamber Foundation, a 501(c)3 Tax Exempt Non-Profit Organization that works in tandem with The Pride Chamber, is to bring people and resources together for the betterment of LGBTQ+ businesses and community.
Karla Kay Cancer Screening Fund
The Karla Kay Cancer Screening Fund was created in honor of Karla Kay Poulalion, who was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer only a year before it took her life. Contributions to this fun will help people afford cancer screening so that they can discover their diagnosis at earlier stages where they can hopefully do something about it.

The Florida National Parks Association is an official private, non-profit partner of the National Park Service that supports educational, interpretive, historical, and scientific research activities in South Florida’s National Parks. Visit our parks, donate, become a member, or purchase our Florida Bay Forever specialty plate. Your support benefits Big Cypress National Preserve, Biscayne National Park, Dry Tortugas, and Everglades National Park.
The Appalachian Helene Response Fund is a collaborative effort organized by AFN at the specific request of funders and organizations in the area — many of whom are still without power or reliable communication. The Fund will channel resources directly to the areas of greatest need, leveraging the reach and local knowledge of AFN’s 70+ member organizations across the region. These members, deeply rooted in their communities, will ensure that aid is distributed swiftly and equitably — prioritizing the hardest-hit areas.
